The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views of the old town. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and visit all the main attractions. Plus, the room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the rooftops and some entertaining pigeon activity.
The spa was not actually part of the hotel, but rather a separate establishment next door. This was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to using it, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

During my recent business trip to Gravina in Puglia, my director chose the Palazzo Sottile Meninni as our accommodation. One of the highlights of our stay was the visit to the spa, which offered a range of invigorating massages and rejuvenating body treatments. It provided the perfect opportunity to unwind after a long day of meetings. , the hotel's free WiFi allowed me to stay connected with ease, and the seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace provided a refreshing escape during downtime. , the fact that the nearest airport is only 46 km away made our travel arrangements incredibly convenient. I was impressed with the amenities and services offered at the Palazzo Sottile Meninni.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The breakfast spread was extensive for Italy, with meats, cheeses, and an amazing view of the countryside. The location was perfect, right near the cathedral and must-visit attractions like the underground tour and museum. The pool was a great way to cool off, and the views from the room were idyllic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The old palace-turned-B&B had a charming atmosphere and a small rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. The breakfast was satisfying, and the room had all the amenities we needed like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. our stay was super enjoyable and exceeded our expectations!

Lovely place, and on an empty early April night we were kindly put in the loveliest room , with two windows overlooking rooftops and amusing pigeon/hawk activity. Just a stone's throw from the very centre of the old town. Although the pool beside the breakfast lounge was covered and being used only by the pigeons, it was still a fun view and would be even better in summer. Friendly young staff who tried to help with parking but it took us a while to find a place, even so early in the season. A good breakfast with plenty of choice and attentive staff there even though we were the only guests. Both the hotel and gravina were delightful. The decor, layout of the hotel was interesting. We enjoyed the outside terrace for breakfast and pool overlooking the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Situated right in the middle of Gravina old town, it allowed us to enjoy the chilled way of life of the locals and have a great few days there. As someone has reviewed previously - a real gem! Indeed an old palazzo in the ancient part of the very Italian city. Take care while steering your car through its narrow streets and gates! The palozzo has been very nicely renovated without affecting the ancient structure of the building. A small swimming pool with ice cold water provides a perfect way to get the summer heat out of your body. If you like air conditioning: it is all there. The breakfast was not abundant but providing all you needed. We loved the guys on reception and the owner. Room was fantastic and so comfortable and location city centre. Not noisy at night.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
